Feels so good to have an inspiring, beautiful, and professional website.
Amethyst Landscape Design had the skill. What it needed was a better way to show up.
At the time, the business was still being represented mostly through photos on a phone and a handful of early ideas about where it could go. The work was real. The business presence, not quite yet. heyZensei helped turn that loose starting point into something much more credible: a clearer brand, a sharper business story, and a one-page website built to help the business look as established as the work already was.
Before this work, the business was still living in that early-stage in-between.
The founder had experience, ambition, and a desire to attract higher-end clients, but the business itself was still only loosely defined. There was no clear service structure, no strong positioning, and no digital presence that made the work feel established or easy to trust. The potential was there. The structure was not.
The budget was tight too, which meant the work had to be sharp from the start. This was not about doing everything. It was about doing the right things first — giving the business a stronger foundation and helping it show up like something more than an occasional side gig.

The biggest shift was not just visual. Amethyst started looking and sounding like a real business.
The founder came out of the process with a clearer brand, a stronger articulation of the offer, and a website that made the work easier to present with confidence. Instead of relying on informal proof and scattered explanations, the business now had a more polished, cohesive way to show expertise and point prospective clients toward something they could take seriously.
That matters more than it might sound. For an early-stage business, credibility is doing a lot of the selling before any conversation even starts. The new site gave Amethyst a stronger way to attract better-fit clients, support higher-end positioning, and move from “this could be something” to “this is something.”
If your work is ready to be taken more seriously, let’s make sure it looks the part.
